2. No cookies, no analytics services
This page sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads no third-party content.
3. Hosting and server logs
The page is served via Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Cloudflare processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to deliver the page and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
4. Anonymous visit counting
We count page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses. Only the time, page, language and type of origin (e.g. search engine, AI assistant, social network or referring website) are recorded; this cannot be linked to a person. Data is deleted automatically after 13 months. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Enquiry form and contact
When you contact us via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (company, name, email, phone, message, uploaded photos) to handle your enquiry and prepare a possible business transaction. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
If you arrived via a link in our email or text message, the link carries a campaign and contact reference. We record that the page was opened via this link (time, reference, language – no IP address, no cookies) to measure our outreach and avoid unnecessary follow-ups (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). An enquiry is matched to the same campaign. Your enquiry is sent to us by email via the Resend email service (Resend, Inc., USA; EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and stored in our CRM system, operated on our behalf by an IT service provider based in Poland acting as processor.
We keep your data as long as needed to handle the enquiry and a possible business relationship, then delete it unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object (Art. 15–21 GDPR) – a short message to info@bernico.pl is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, e.g. the Polish UODO or the authority in your country.
